These terms cover your use of Loey, a Chrome extension by Moyo Studio ("we", "us"). By installing or using Loey, you agree to them.
Who you are buying from
Moyo Studio is the seller of Loey and Loey Pro, not Google or the Chrome Web Store.
The service
Loey captures websites as stills and recordings. Still capture is free. Loey Pro adds video capture, styled outputs, Layouts and cloud storage. We may change or improve features over time.
Plans and billing
Loey Pro is $79 per year, billed annually through our payments provider Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record. One subscription covers up to 3 devices.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds within 7 - 10 days of purchase.
Acceptable use
Only capture websites you have the right to capture. Do not use Loey to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, and do not attempt to bypass its licensing.
Your content and our rights
The captures you make are yours. The Loey name, brand and software remain ours.
Disclaimer and liability
Loey is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from its use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
